We stored here for almost 3 years. At first everything was ok, but it went downhill. Every 6 months the rate was increased until we ended up being charged an outrageous amount. We moved to another storage facility nearby and are now paying less than half the price. It's a messed up system that they penalize you for staying with them longterm. Also, they didn't take care of their bathroom facilities whatsoever. They were always a disgusting mess and overflowing with trash. It was very frustrating to being paying so much money in rent every month and then not having access to clean restrooms when visiting the unit.

I always have a great experience at this Extra Storage location. I was able to work with Astro yesterday, because I had a few inquiries I needed answers to, and Astro was just wonderful! He’s always so friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Things I appreciate in people. And…this place is so clean! Another thing I appreciate! ??. 5 stars for Mr. Astro! ??????????
