Extra space storage has been awesome! I wasn't able to pay for a whole month and Brandon was so kind and helpful! He asked me what day I would want to get it on and he helped me prorate to make it cheaper and help me figure out the dates and everything for the other storage unit. This was just a little bit ago today and it is Labor Day weekend! I couldn't believe they answered the phones and helped people on a holiday. I also remember when I opened the storage units, I did it on a weekend and somebody came to the site and helped me. I have not dealt with anybody horrible at extra space storage and I highly recommend them. They have always called me when there's a problem where last time I didn't close the storage shed all the way and I locked it at the wrong setting. It was raining cats and dogs and I was rushing. I had forgotten about it and went back home out of town and they called me and opened it and checked it for me and then they re-closed it and put a new lock on and sent me the keys. Super cool people!
