Won a storage unit in auction for over $400 only to be called minutes later and informed the auction was canceled. I asked when it was canceled and was told "yesterday". So for over 24 hours they were running an auction on a unit that wasn't supposed to be up for auction at all. This is a gross oversight on management. I wasted several hours researching items within the auction and my credit card was actually already charged so now I have to monitor my account for 3 days while my money is tied up in limbo. I wonder what other mistakes they're making. Avoid.
