Amazing service by friendly and professional staff. I use this storage facility often and my experience has been great so far. I would like to thank Susi for going extra mile to ensure the safety of my personal belongings. I left the storage door locked in an open position. She immediately informed me about that and properly locked the door. She also made sure to make herself available to provide me with the new keys for the new lock. This is the type of professionalism required for high quality service. I highly recommend this specific Extra Space Storage location to everyone in need of a storage.
