I just wanted share my experience that I had when I went shopping around for a storage unit. I had a great experience at extra space storage. Their staff I dealt with named Simone was very knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure I chose the right unit and the correct plan for what I needed it for exactly. I would highly recommend using this place if you need a storage unit and are looking for high quality customer service.

So the customer service has been good and my belongings have been safe. Everyone is very pleasant to work with. I do think the prices have gone too high. I have a very small storage unit and had only a few months and my price increased $12. I very much like that they are not selling a bunch of locks to charge you for their special locks with their own special keys which a lot of units will do just to charge you. This is by Bluetooth on your phone access to get in the building and get into your unit and it's the first time I've had a storage unit like that and I very much like that. I appreciate doing business with you but I do think you need to reevaluate your rates.
