TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They were late getting to work and I was late to start my 8 Hour Rd. trip because I had to stand out in front of the office waiting for the only person who seemed to be working here. Some very rude old lady. We made direct eye contact. She saw me waiting for her. Got on her golf cart and drove off. Came back 10 mins later to continue to ignore me from inside the office. Came out a few minutes later to say “do you need something” ?? Nope i’m literally standing in front of your office and have been for the last almost 25 minutes now - for my own entertainment. I’m bored and have nothing better to do today. 10/10 highly recommend if you love to be treated like you don’t exist ????????

Nothing was wrong with the facility itself or the staff. However, I only stored my items here for a couple of months, and during that time my lock was cut off and some of my belongings were stolen. I did not realize how much was missing until I moved everything out, but a lot of tools were definitely taken. Part of that is on me because I was temporarily using the wrong type of lock when it happened. Still, while I have no complaints about the staff or the facility itself, I do think some of the people renting here are just waiting for an opportunity to steal from others. What makes it even more frustrating is that I had the same gear stored in an unsecured storage unit near 38th and Sheridan, with no gate or fence and the same type of locks, and it was never broken into there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility.
