I had a mixed experience with Extra Space Storage. On the positive side, the on-site manager was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my interactions. It made the process much smoother and more pleasant. However, the facility itself feels quite dated and could really use some upgrades. Considering the condition of the property, the pricing seems far too high for what you’re getting. While the customer service is a strong point, the overall value just isn’t there for me.
