Gentleman was friendly and helpful about reserving and informing me about renting a parking spot. He was just as friendly when at the end I didn't need it. We do though, continue to rent a small storage unit inside. Easy access and secure facility.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. We have had our storage unit at the Brookfield, CT facility since 2016 and have had no issues with accessibility or availability. Unfortunately, I feel it necessary to update my review and reduce my rating. I stand by the amazing staff and the unit itself is great... however, management DOUBLED our rate after we had been renting the unit for only three months! I was able to negotiate the increase down to 50 percent, but I'm not quite the satisfied customer I was until recently.
