I’ve been with Extra Space Storage at 15 Kenosia Avenue in Danbury for years, and I can say without hesitation that Star Rodreigis is the reason I’ve stayed loyal to this location. She’s everything you want in a manager—warm, professional, and brilliant at what she does. Star never pressures you into buying extras you don’t need, but somehow always knows exactly what you will need. Her knowledge of the business is rock-solid, and her communication is top-tier. She makes sure you get the right space, at a fair price, with no games. But what truly sets Star apart is her compassion. There have been moments in my life where money was incredibly tight, and Star has graciously waived a fee or alerted me to upcoming discounts—not because she had to, but because she genuinely cares. She even let me know when I became eligible for a senior discount—small gestures that made a huge difference. Honestly, she could be running the entire East Coast division... but selfishly, I’m just glad she’s managing the place where I keep the things that matter most to me. If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated with respect, care, and honesty—go here. And if you're lucky, you’ll get to work with Star.

Great facility, and friendly staff! We’ve had to deal with transferring a unit and the staff have always been readily available to answer questions, help us with filing the right forms etc! Highly recommended this location for storage needs!

The woman named Starr who got us signed up and situated was fantastic. Such a great experience. And the facility is unbelievably clean and nice. Elevators are convenient, hallways easy to navigate, this place is great, did I mention Starr? She is awesome.

So clean & inviting. Looks like I’m going into a fancy hotel ;) Wide turn around aisles. Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. Energy efficient lighting. Safe & secure. Never had to wait for a parking spot. Back right up to the automatic doors & take care of business. I got a great rate through signing up online during a special. My house has lots more room now. Thank you!
