Best customer service at the facility and over the phone if needed! They offer storage purchase online with no contact. Quick and easy! Same day move in was just a thought and Extra Storage Space helped me accomplish my storage move the same day! I've had a storage unit at different locations for several years now, very clean and safe. Don't plan on changing. Thank you Silk for your dedication and being so knowledgeable and helpful!

The new manager, Silk who is representing the location we are currently renting a unit from has bent over backwards greatly assisting us. (The former manager apparently left and was replaced by this current manager.) We inquired about relocating to a smaller unit and got what we needed! Silk was very friendly, and helpful. I am not happy with the increase that I was given a couple of months ago, and plan on ending my lease there soon. I do wish they were open later because it’s very hard for my family to get there within there current hours. Otherwise, the service is great.

I paid for an additional month in person, customer service was great, representative was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I also mentioned the outside lights are not working and it's a safety concern for people using the facility after dark. It's been over a week and the outside lights are still not on , very dark unloading in the parking lot. So I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5, because safety should come first before worrying about being rated.
