Great prices. Friendly staff. I've rented from other places where finding an actual, physical person that works there is impossible. My move in was so easy. I was even a day early but they still accommodated me! I did everything online until move in day, where the manager greeted me at the door with a smile. It's clean, well lit, feels safe. Access to my unit is so convenient. I looked at the property and they have a lot to offer. I look forward to being a long term renter.

Access Point in Rocky Hill is good I have an inside unit very accessible had a discount rate to start with, now I got a postcard in the mail that the rate goes up which I understand but it's jumping up $45 if that goes up again for that much more $45 it is very unlikely that I stay at this unit and all I need is a 5x10 so if you're going to be competitive in the area but keep raising your rates like this at 45 bucks more it's pretty unlikely I'm going to stay even a year's time consider keeping your clients versus raising your rent so much
