Very helpful staff. Other local storage places had no live person, but these guys had a helpful staff on duty both times I went, so I chose them over other local faceless AI chatbot run options. Glad to have a little extra space during my move

I stored my items with Life Storage in Feeding Hills for many years in thier inside storage. When I came back to retrieve my things, everything was just as I left them, no mold, just some dust. The online portal is easy to use and provides good information for collecting items and past invoices. The process to close the unit was very easy and the staff was helpful.
