I just tried to drop off a suitcase and a snow shovel and they are closing 10 minutes early and almost shut me in the gate. The least you could do is close at the time you say you’re going to close. I’m not moving in or out so I don’t need time. I just need to bring something downstairs, which shouldn’t be a big deal but I guess your employees need to go home early.
