Esthetically it's a nice storage spot. But, this is the third company since I got my unit years ago and it's by far the worst. They skyrocket rates on their existing customers to give in move-in deals to new ones & then give you a hard time when you ask for a reduction. They also failed to alert us that they were experiencing a pest issue and when it was brought up to them after finding several roaches, the manager claimed that they go to the store and buy spray to treat the hallways every month. With all the money people pay, they should have the entire place treated by a professional. Very disappointed & disgusted.
