I used the Old Saybrook facility for 12 months (April 2025 an April 2026). Setting up the account was easy. The storage area is clean, well lit and easy to access. When it was time to close the account, the process was easy and the staff were prompt and courteous. I would definitely use them again for future storage needs.

I had a great experience today finding storage at Extra Space. The facility is modern, well kept and convenient to access. I was attended to by Shana Solek and she was very personable and knowledgeable. She offered great advice about choosing the size and location of our storage unit, pointing out where to park, how to access and the carts available for loading and unloading. Prices are reasonable and I am happy to recommend Extra Space Storage in Old Saybrook.
