I have had a seemless experience picking this storage company and even when the management changed hands they were very professional and courteous to my questions. I just paid months in advance with Michaela and she was so helpful and sweet! I have recommended this company to others as well because a bonus is they are right off the highway!

Let me first start by saying I tried to save a couple dollars and went somewhere else first..Mikaela called me on my drive up to CT and I told her I found some place cheaper..well I had to come back crawling with my tail between my legs because there was no way I was leaving my daughters stuff at the other place. Mikaela remembered calling me that morning and she was the absolute sweetest..she walked me through everything and showed me on the map where my unit was. The place was clean, and I love the digital access. Mikaela is the best manager and Im so glad she welcomed me back with open arms.
