They are rarely in the office during the listed hours. If you call, you will likely get no one or someone at a different site. I called multiple times to process a refund… They confirmed that I would get a refund, but it still has not been processed. Even after a few days, I called to confirm my canceled account— only to receive an automated message about a renewal.

Too stingy with rules. Last owners allowed odd jobs to be done in unit now they do not. Most of these reviews are from previous owners. Also it is too hot.

My experience with Extra Space Storage at 1525 Boston Post Road in Milford CT was all around amazing; from the time I reserved the storage unit, to the time I moved out. The entire process was haste free and went very smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Jennifer. Also, the location is very spacious, clean, and has great temperature control. I highly recommend this location!
