This was me and my girlfriend’s first experience in searching for a storage unit. James was very personable and very helpful. He answered every question we had (even though we asked the same question multiple times), he showed us different units and helped us pick out the best one for us. He walked us through every step of the paperwork and the pricing and helped me set up the app on my phone and made sure everything worked properly. We are very happy with the service he gave us and have told everyone how great he was. 10/10 would recommend going through James if you’re looking to get a storage unit.

Been a customer here for a few years now. Compared to some of the other storage places in the area, this one is one of the nicer ones. It is always very clean and the few times I’ve interacted with the staff has been pleasant. This was Life Storage and now it is Extra Space. The price of a 5x5 unit has almost doubled in the four years that I’ve been coming here. The place could use a little bit sprucing up as it is looking a little tired. And it seems like every time I come the bathroom is being cleaned or out of service. Overall, it is a decent and staff place to store your stuff and is conveniently located on Boston Post Road near all the attractions of the area.

Very friendly & welcoming atmosphere. Erika was very helpful in explaining the renting process & pricing. She was able to give an excellent rental price for the storage unit that I was interested in. Mikaela helped to complete the paperwork & she explained the documents thoroughly. These two know their jobs! A pleasure to deal with either one.
