If I could give Chris and Kirsten a higher rating than a 5, then I would. Chris and Kirsten go out of their way to help the customers in a professional, yet understanding and compassionate manner. We have been renting a very large unit for almost a year and a half, and we could not be more pleased with the dedicated customer service that we receive received at Extraspace Storage in Rocky Hill !
