Extra space storage is in a convenient location and the manager and employees are friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the items we had in the back of the unit didn't keep as well as we intended. We know the unit we had was not climate controlled but, we didn't expect our items to get mildew on them. The rental fee increases every 6 months so for longer term rentals the price can get expensive.

I'm very grateful with Chris as the representative in the front office to share with me cost-effective pricing that I have used in the past at Extra Space Storage and I don't have to change anything right now.
