I was a previous customer of Life storage years ago. I always found the facility to be clean, well lit and has hand trucks of different size readily available. I was in need of quality moving boxes and stopped in. I was welcomed by Kim who took the time to understand my moving needs, made excellent recommendations for my budget and who was notably compassionate to the stress that can come with moving. If you are looking for a great storage facility with exceptional caring staff, Life storage on Hope Street is the place.

Update: life storage tried to raise the rental by more than double after 2.5 months. I don’t like that, so I cancelled. Staff is still great, just definitely not a fan of that type of business practice Kim and Brian were super helpful. They got me a unit at a great price, really quickly. It was a great experience!

I rented a storage unit for a second time from Life Storage. Once again, moving in and out were both very easy and the staff there are very helpful. Brian in particular was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Life Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit.
