Matt and Steve are two of the kindest most helpful people I have ever met. I have worked in hospitality / customer service for over 10 years and these two gentleman are absolutely the best of the best. Truly an asset to the company. I was struggling with a payment problem (on my end entirely not anything to do with the company!) and Matt and Steve both spent so much time on the phone with me, answering every question I had. And when I called back with even more questions.. I was only ever met with absolute happiness to help me. They are both incredible employees and people. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of their help and kindness. Both associates were so knowledgeable about the company, policies and procedures of the rental/ billing process. They even entertained my endless questions about items I am storing in my unit. They made my entire experience not only seamless, but extremely pleasant. Both Matt and Steve are the reason I will never look for an alternative for storage space. Thank you both!!!

Life Storage in Suffield has an amazing, kind, extraordinarily understanding and helpful staff. Their storage units are priced well compared to competitors, especially when you compare the size and price. I couldn't recommend them more and will most certainly be going to them in the future.

I’ve been a renter for a few months now and the experience is almost all positive. A staff member by the name of Steve has always been so kind and helpful. It’s actually quite a shock to receive such amazing customer service in a climate where almost everyone is overworked and under staffed. This time of year is especially difficult for our family. We had called and asked to help lower our rate. They accommodated us almost immediately! We will continue to use extra space storage. They were very helpful and understanding. 10/10 would recommend

This is a fabulous storage facility - I can't say enough good things. The staff are kind and helpful, and the units are clean, dry and well maintained. I've had many storage units over the years and have experienced my share of storage nightmares as well as know what makes a great unit; this facility is in the top 3 of them all. I highly recommend.
