2+ year customer update: still with Extraspace and still very happy. Facility is great, Carrieann is an incredible help and great to talk to, and Jaiden in training was pleasant to work with as well. I’ve interacted with Carrieann several times over the years and each time is a pleasure and she is always able to help Original review: Facility is clean, easy to access, and everything seems high quality. Josh helped me with my new unit and a bunch of questions, and swept up broken remains of my crock pot lid after I dropped it, very helpful and friendly
