Fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage in Tolland. The facility is exceptionally clean and secure. A huge thank you to, Carrie Ann, who was knowledgeable, patient, and went out of her way to help me with the move out process. Her customer service is top-notch!

Carrieann Kellner of the Tolland, CT location is amazing! I was helping a friend move some items into a unit and she was not only incredibly professional, but was also very security conscience. Carrieann helped my friend Eric get his unit squared away and add his wife to the unit while I stood nearby. She never audibly sad the unit for security reasons and then when my friend drove the U-Haul around back she walked me to the ramp where he would be. She wouldn't divulge the unit and said despite me assisting my friend it's solely up to him to decide to reveal the unit number, etc. I can't speak any more positively about her professionalism and clear awareness of proper security protocols and precautions. She is a credit to the whole brand and business! My friend was very satisfied with this storage facility and as for me, I would definitely seek this company out if I was in need of any storage services.

Great customer service, place is extremely clean, and theres evenusic playing so its not so eerily quiet. Quite happy i chose this facility.
