The manager at the Tolland location Carrieann was phenomenal she was super helpful when we had a lock issue and she made everything right. The unit was clean. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a unit at extra space storage for quite awhile, the unit are clean and we'll kept. The building manager is great Carrieann is super helpful we recently had an issue with our lock and she was more than happy to help us out. I can't recommend extra space storage enough.
