Staff is very helpful and even though I didn’t understand anything, from opening my storage door to getting the automatic gate to close when I was leaving. She was very patient with me and took all my calls expeditiously. She was also very knowledgeable and informative. In addition, the storage space is very clean and easily accessible. It has been a great experience thus far.
