I just left extra space storage about 5 minutes, I went there seeking out a storage unit because I needed to store some things there. I asked the woman inside there I didnt get her name but shes the light skin woman thats work there to show me the 5×5 & 5×10 and the woman was so nasty and rude to me because I told her I would needing to rent the unit in couples of months. She was so piss telling me next time I must say that up front that it's was months away. I kept on apologizing over and over to her that I'm very sorry I didn't know i had to wait until around 3 days before I need to unit , i never heard that before. And shes turn to be and said sure. Even though i said sorry to her. I didn't know what else to say to her to make her believe i was sorry that she had to walk to show me the unit. I have store things in the pass there and thats why I wanted to use this place again but with that woman nasty, rude attitude I'm going to take my business else where people like that shouldn't not work in customer service ot public seems like she hate her job. The minute i walk in there you could tell she's not a welcoming or friendly. If you hate your job much so find a different one can't talking to customer like that who's trying to spend their money.
