This review is specifically for Talisha at West Haven Extra Space Storage and not the storage units themselves as those require a separate review due to maintenance issues that have nothing to do with Talisha and her exemplary customer service. Therefore, my focus is completely on her for the below review. I want Talisha to be recognized for a job well done given the circumstances as she went above and beyond to resolve some issues. Due to her diligence and professional manner, she has maintained us as a customer. Talisha is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She took the extra time to answer all questions (with the utmost courtesy) and address any concerns that were had. Her communication skills are thoughtful and clear, for example, she proactively provided information as to how to utilize the gate locks through a smartphone without my even having to ask about it. She is very good at anticipating the customer’s needs and her attention to detail is amazing! One of the items that needed to be addressed was an issue with the monthly rate due to a systems glitch. When Talisha returned to the office, she contacted me asap (before the offices even opened) to clarify and assure that the issue had been resolved which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend working with Talisha directly if you are in need of a storage unit. If she isn’t already in a management position there, she really should be promoted to manager as she is the foundation for this West Haven facility.
