Will Talarico store manager was extremely helpful in allowing me to view the storage unit before paying. He was very patient with me when I had questions on the different units and prices. Will has a very inviting demeanor. I’m definitely recommending him as well as Extra Storage facility to any in need of storage.

Our experience at our location earned the 5 stars because of the amazing customer service that the store manager, Will provided. He was incredibly helpful by being informative and polite. He answered all of our questions and somehow made the process of something as mundane as renting a storage unit enjoyable. The storage units themselves are clean, spacious and look well maintained. On our tour to look at the different sizes of units, we saw Will pick things up from the floor that were littered. You could immediately tell that this is someone that cared for their workplace and it assured us that our belongings will be safe there. You can’t go wrong at this location.

My experience with renting a storage unit from this place of business has been great!!! The units are very clean with good lighting and well secured. The staff is very helpful, always available and professional. I also want to thank Will who helped me today while I requested to downsize my current unit to one that fits my needs.
