Toya was awesome she thoroughly explained everything and was very kind 10 outta 10 service, that was until I refused to argue with her so she takes it upon herself to find my account and cancel it and scheduled me for a move out against my will. Be warned about the attitude of this lady that runs this facility she obviously cant maintain professionalism. Being that I have a 6 month contract I agreed to which im only two months in we will see how this plays out, I've already contacted corporate, the states attorney general and the BBB this morning about her unprofessional conduct. The video is of her trying to argue. People that run a public business should do so with integrity not emotions if you look at all the rest of the one star reviews Toya's attitude and lack of professionalism comes up every time its obvious this lady has issues.
