I’ve been in this space for 3 months now. It’s been a great storage unit for me as I have been making weekly trips here for personal and work reasons. The facility is clean and easily accessible. It’s a 7 minute drive from my house. I really like having an inside loading area to pull my van into. There is a drinking fountain and a bathroom for customer use which comes in handy. Jamie and Rena are the on site employees and are always friendly and helpful. They are easy to talk to and can answer any question or deal with any issues. I appreciate having a person to talk to instead of dealing with a call center somewhere. They are like this with all current and potential customers.

I never expected myself to rave about storage experience:). But here I am. 10 stars for the facility (it has 2 huge garages! And is slick and span!), staff (Jamie is exceptional at customer service!) and the happy customers who clearly appreciate the service and care about facility (someone who uses storage for business was coming out of their unit when I was around and told me about their experience and why they rent here). Jamie is personable, knows his craft, and moves fast without being pushy and ultimately shows up who is all about his domain and he is so good at it. Kudos,
