Working with Extra Space Storage was incredibly easy. We were in one city wrapping up an event with significant excess materials (boxes, swag, books) that needed to be shipped to another city. The team at Extra Space Storage were incredibly helpful when we called. Within minutes they had us setup with a unit close to my home. This was my first time working with a storage company. When I arrived the next day, Eddy was working and his customer service skills were exceptional. He walked me through everything, explained processes thoroughly, helped me learn how to use the lock and app, and could not have been more professional. He even went above and beyond calling me back with an answer to a question I had. Based on that quality of customer service alone, we signed for a year and I'd absolutely use extra space storage again in the future.
