I went here last month. I actually paid the storage over the phone. I was irritated cause they want u to have inside even tho i did it should b up to me. She explained to me to show management when i got there ok fine. Anyway i proceeded to this place when i gt there i was looking for my spot i noticed it was in the grass under trees red flag. I asked for a different spot because this causes problems! The man was kinda rude. He claimed they didnt have any other spots i said forget parked n was leaving something told me to check the pin code it said see management i thought that was shady cause why he aint say nothing n what woulda happened if i left my box truck there without seeing management. So i go back n act him he say he need to see insurance n the title to my truck i said for what. He comes with some bs excuse something was just off to me. I asked my partner to accommodate me cause i didnt like his attitude. After going back n forth he said well let me see the registration. He n my partner where having words i just gelt uncomfortable so as my partner was getting the paperwork i decided to get a regind which he processed rite away i think he was Mexican i dont know he was nice after giving me a refund something isnt rite with that company i dont trust them st all. Instead of trying to b cheap o went back to my old place n just paid what they wanted cause u font need to disclose anything but the name n plate on this vehicle beware of this place!
