I am happy with the service and the price. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. To my surprise, I received a call to alert me to the change and was pleased to receive. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very nice.

I appreciate how the initial service was streamlined and the climate controlled area. However, after many challenges in life I have found I had to keep my stuff here longer than expected. Soon started seeing a different side as they were not willing to work with me for fees, and now after almost 2 years it is increasing over $400 for this year. I understand business but when you have longstanding customers there needs to be a line drawn. Capitalism cannot move with ethics. Do better and please stop trying to get over on people.
