Ive never rented a storage unit before. I called this company to find out how to get it set up. It was easy as 1,2,3. Everything done on the phone. ?? key in the unit when I show up. Access codes provided via text. Can’t get any more simplified than that. Very satisfied with the set up process.

This is my first time having to move, so my first experience with having to find a storage unit was a little bit daunting to say the least. I figured I would go to the closest to me for it's convenience. The closest one was ExtraSpace Storage, located on 227 Chapman road in Newark. To be honest, I was expecting someone trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Instead, I was greeted with a lady name Shantel Williams. I was pleasantly surprised by her level professionalism and dedication to making the customer comfortable. She took her time to explain everything in great detail it had a very pleasant attitude towards the customer and her job. My husband and I went to Extra Space Storage this morning to find a storage unit with adequate space for the furniture we were moving. Upon entering the facility first thing I noticed was it's cleanliness and how well it was organized. But what impressed me more was the lady tending to our needs named Chantel Williams. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional is helping us deal with the stage of the moving process. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a storage space close to 227 Chapman road to give this place a try. No one likes to move, so anything that makes process smoother it's worth mentioning.. Great job Chantel Williams!

Facility Manager Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable since day one I met her. She may look tough but later you'd understand that she's very friendly and can help. When I needed to split my 10x30 unit into two 10x15, to simplify access to my stuff at any time, she found me two units near to same elevator and I saved lot of time and distance to move my stuff. Thank you very much and sorry for bunch or my packages you receiving and bringing to my unit! :)
