Satara was nice and professional and made sure I knew where to go also I love my unit it is a perfect size I needed and looks clean didn’t cost that much. I went through my process online but when I checked in I had no problems. I definitely do recommend this facility.

I came in to the main office today to ask about the door closest to my unit that is not working. It has been weeks. I have physical limitations and walking that extra walk when my unit is very close to the broken door can be painful. Satara was very helpful in explaining to me the situation on why the door is still disabled. She was very courteous and kind about it. Thank you for the service, Satara.
