Both the 1-800 representative, Ashley, and on-site Manager, Chuck, got me hooked up with 2 large vehicle units for 3 cars which I had to move due to a flooded house. This is less than a 1/2 mile from my house and couldn’t get any more convenient. Chuck was thorough and efficient which made the experience quick and easy.

Extra Storage has been amazing to work with. In October, when our family heard that Hurricane Milton was a cat 4/5 we had a gut feeling that our house was in danger and made a last min decision the night before the storm hit to move everything we owned out of our property to storage. We found Extra Storage from google, went to their site, picked a storage unit from the description, paid and received the check in instructions within minutes. It was the easiest transaction especially since it was in the middle of the night and no places would even be open or available to book after hrs. Extra storage saved us!. We lost our house to the storm surge but luckily we had a safe place for all of our treasured belongings. Thank you Extra Storage!! The building is clean, secure and spacious!! 10/10 building and customer service! Chuck has been a pleasure to work with!!
