It is a pleasure for me to leave a review! The person that I dealt with at Extra Storage was Chuck Mount and honestly it was just the most pleasant experience. That young man is worth his weight in gold. He was pleasant, properly dressed, knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. I actually thought he was the owner. As a past Human Resource Director, I would urge you to make every effort to keep him in your employment. And, the place was clean and everything worked well. Definitely 5 stars

I'm very disappointed with the management of this facility since the new manager took over. On Saturday, we became locked inside the facility. The manager didn't know how to get us out, and it took a significant amount of time before we were able to leave safely. Now, it's Friday at 8:00 a.m., we arrived to move furniture and complete work we had planned, only to find that the entry doors are stuck shut and there is no way to access the facility. We've been told the manager won't be here until 9:30 a.m., and there appears to be no on-site support or emergency assistance available to help customers gain access or exit the facility when problems occur. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should be able to reliably access the facility during posted hours, and there should always be a process in place to address situations where people are locked in or out. I would appreciate an explanation of how these issues will be addressed and what steps will be taken to prevent them from happening again

Very frustrated with this facility lately. This is the second major access issue we've had in less than a week. We were locked inside the facility over the weekend, and now we've shown up during business hours only to find the doors locked shut with no way to get in. The manager isn't scheduled to arrive until 9:30, and there's no one available to help customers. Reliable access is the bare minimum for a storage facility. We really hope management addresses these issues quick.
