Bonita Springs Self Storage at 12750 Trade Center Dr

I had to go to the office yesterday about my unit and there was a woman on the phone that I had seen it when I arrived a little earlier and I was unloading my car. I had assumed that she was a housekeeper because she had I think a bucket and a mop or she was pushing something like she was cleaning so I just assumed that when I saw her in the office on the phone, I realized wow she is doing everything today. She’s by herself and that had to be hard..I could tell that it was a difficult conversation because the customer on the other line wanted information about things that Mirion ( spelling??) Couldn’t give him the answers to due to her being there for the first time at that location. Not Once was she rude to the customer? She was so polite so professional so patient and from the way the customer sounded on the other line. I don’t know how she did it, but I was amazed. You don’t see that that often anymore or people maintain a professional attitude in a difficult situation. And on top of the stress of not having the answers this customer wanted, My autistic son was running around the office making noise, grabbing her stuff tried to hang up the phone while she was on it and she just stayed calm and finished her phone call.when she got off the phone, she was so helpful so nice and so understanding about my son, so I wanted to make sure I wrote this review to thank her for the awesome experience because I was very stressed out about my situation there that day. Thank you so much for being so kind Mirion, And I hope to see you there again!

So, when u first stored my boat here, friendly, and clean. But since moving in they have raised my rates 3 times without notice! I’m now paying just under 700$ a month, while they advertise the spot next to me for 400$. I asked how do you inform me of rate increase? I said I don’t have an email or message on my account! She laughed and said by law we have to send a post card! A post card? But you send my invoices by email and the app, but by law…. You send a post card? Then on this review they say call them? I did, you laughed and said I should have gotten a post card! You can do everything on the app, including opening gates, and sending invoices and upcoming payments! But a rate increase… you say you send a post card? So no tenent knows about a rate increase until they get the increase? Seems like we found their business model? Maybe it’s time to find a more ethical company to do business with… I’ll provide an update on how they handle it. They have corrected the issue and I’m very happy with the outcome!
