I can always trust them to monitor their facilities with the best security and attention to issues which need immediate resolution. Starr set up the new unit process, accommodated my request to have a look at several units and made the entire experience a pleasant, professional one. They do a great job! We used Extra Space for over three years and they are the definition of Customer Service! Easy to work with, clean facility and very secure. We have scheduled a moving company to pick up items from our unit in our absence and Rhonda and Starr were so helpful in coordinating it. While we were boxing items, Rhonda checked on us several times to see if she could help. Starr helped us with last minute arrangements on our last day. We would definitely use Extra Space again if the need arose. Thank you Rhonda and Starr

This past week, my spouse and I went to the Estero facility (fac1402) to finalize our unit rental with Starr. She very patiently explained the salient features of the facility. Starr was very conscientious in following up from an exploratory visit we had made last December. As promised, she contacted us when it was time for us to rent the unit. Starr runs a top notch property. She is on top of things and manages a well-run operation.
