The employees deserve 5 stars, the reason I gave 4 is because the building is kept too warm and i am concerned about my belongings. I have an inside unit but the AC is kept at a warmer temp which can cause your belongings to ruin in the Florida heat. The building is kept very clean.

I've never used a storage unit before, and Bonita Springs/Estero has a glut of storage facilities. I researched options online, made some calls and whittled it down to three. Then, I read ExtraSpace's reviews. Sold! Everything I read is true. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted with smiles and taken on a tour. I felt comfortable, and I felt like my belongings would be safe. It felt like they cared. Security cameras line every hallway and video is monitored from the front office. You must punch in a code just to enter the gated property, and then again to access your floor from the elevator; that deactivates an alarm tied directly to your unit. An ExtraSpace employee lives on-site, giving me more peace of mind. You can back your vehicle into a loading area that's sheltered from the rain. Hallways have motion sensors that kick on bright lights as you walk toward your unit. Flooring consists of polished concrete, which makes it easy to push your stuff on flatbeds (which ExtraSpace provides). The entire place is climate controlled, which is great to store anything, but even better that you're not sweating up a storm hauling up big boxes. What I saw from the other guys: ground units that weren't sealed from the elements/bugs, properties that weren't fully fenced and employees who only seemed interested in making the sale. That wasn't the case at ExtraSpace. ExtraSpace's monthly fees are comparable to other storage facilities in Southwest Florida, but considering what you get for that price, it's money well spent.

I closed my business recently due to a down economy, which is painful for anyone who has been through this or is going through it. I had to get a storage ASAP to place my stuff in. I called around and EXTRA SPACE STORAGE BONITA was by far the cheapest and there customer service is none comparable. There staff Amanda and Gloria was friendly, kind, and very helpful. Thank you so much for all you did for my family. Keep up the GREAT work.

I moved to this facility from one nearby on the recommendation of friend. The initial reason being pricing. I needed a larger unit and Extra Space was more competitive. I first checked it out and was greeted by Gloria who was extremely friendly and took the time to show me several units in different locations. Her patience with me was appreciated and upon finding out that they provided a truck free of charge, I was sold on moving. Since the move I have been in and out several times and have no complaints or concerns. Access to the facility and my unit is easy. Security and cleanliness is excellent. Also, Gloria was able to save me literally several hundred dollars by suggesting I use pallet shipping as an alternate method to send several items to my son in California. Amanda helped me set up my account and payment method, and like Gloria, was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend Extra Space storage to anyone in the area who is looking for a secure, clean, and reasonably priced storage with a staff that is second to none.

What a pleasant suprise to find such helpful and knowledgeable customer service personnel assist us with our needs. One of the facility's greatest assets is the fact that it is extremely clean and I had no qualms in leaving some of my treasures on a temporary basis. While we had checked out numerous facilities, we were immediately drawn to Bonita Springs Extra Space Storage. Bravo!!

I have used other storage facilities in the area and Extra Space in Bonita Springs is #1 by far. The free moving truck alone is a winner. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall this location is excellent. In my openion, the billing system is lacking in common sense. Charging extra for paper billing the customer is preposterious. Email billing should be timed to at lease 15 to 20 days before due date to ensure timely payment by mail.

I have never met anyone who loves her customers as much as Gloria. And it's not just her, it's her whole team! The facilities are clean and safe. Very easy to get set up and on your way. Lots of perks! They really make your move as easy and as pleasant as possible. They are awesome! Great job Gloria.
