Beware! They will skyrocket your rates within a few months and you will have no idea. I think they purposefully avoid sending you electronic communication so that you are unaware.

DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!! We have rented a unit for over 2 years never had a problem till about a few weeks ago we open our storage up, to find rat poop and pee all over our stuff we were renting a 5x10 and half of our stuff was destroyed with rats eating it. Manager confirmed that lives upstairs that he would hear rats climb the roof all night. Supposedly they couldn’t get pest patrol out. We’ve never ever had any food in our storage. But the manager stated they did let certain people rent a unit that was full of ethnic foods that the rats got attracted too. It is still a business and we trusted this business to protect our stuff and they instead let it be destroyed by rats. If you want your stuff protected do NOT rent a unit from here. And management is also very unfriendly and rude.
