Cynthia, helped me so much. Her customer service was great! She is a wonderful employee! I appreciate her, and I am very grateful! Two weeks later……….. I am 67 years old and for the last few weeks I have been moving from one unit to another because the rent had doubled on the first unit. I am very tired and am angry that I am injuring myself by having to get out of one unit and moving into another all by myself. This is not how I wanted to spend my birthday week.

Cynthia was very helpful with our move in. She quoted me the exact amount that it was going cost on move in. She kept me posted on what was available to us. She was very pleasant and very informative and extremely knowledgeable New review 2/22/25 went in to remove our stuff from storage and realized all will not fit where we moved, Jessica was in the office and assisted us with renting a smaller space for the exact amount we wanted to pay. She was very helpful and professional. We have had nothing but excellent customer service at this storage facility will definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage space
