So I had an awful experience with their direct competitor PUBLIC STORAGE ??however my clerk/site assistant or manager Zoe (AN ABSOLUTE GEM THAT YALL MUST PROTECT??) was absolutely delightful was so kind and patient because I had to ask all kinds of questions about how they are different than my soon to be previous storage unit such as not only helping me identify exactly what size storage unit I needed for my gigantic craftsman toolbox but also she took extra time to check the prices at other locations and unit sizes and when I had a question she didn’t know she took extra time to call her manager Cynthia at another location to get me the info I needed in less than minutes which was very prompt and walked me through exactly where these sites were with a clear and concise understanding but also alleviated a lot of my fears of experiencing the same storage kerfuffle all over again and set me up with a killer deal comparatively At the end of the day I left feeling confident I’d chosen the right company and felt like if I ever had issues that she would move mountains for us customers (highly highly recommend that you use extra space over the terrible business that is Public Space Storage)
