I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this office. The staff showed a very poor attitude, especially when calling the office, and a clear lack of professionalism. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. Cinthia was kind when we first rented the unit, but afterward she showed no willingness to help. In addition, the conditions of the place are concerning, as I noticed what appeared to be a rodent issue, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I also found their pricing to be excessive and unreasonable. I was charged several times more than what similar units typically cost elsewhere, which felt unfair and misleading. As a customer, I expect respect, transparency, and basic standards of service and hygiene. Unfortunately, this office failed in all of those areas. For these reasons, I do not recommend this place.
