I wanted to take a moment to share what a wonderful experience I had with Extra Space Storage, especially because of Dave. Dave truly went above and beyond to help me. From the beginning, he was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question I had. He took extra time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the entire process. His customer service was exceptional, and I really felt like he genuinely cared about making things as easy as possible for me. The facility itself was extremely clean, organized, easy to navigate, and felt very safe and secure. Dave made the whole experience of getting set up and using the storage space so much easier than I expected. I really can’t say enough about how helpful he was. I also want to recognize Lynn, who was wonderful in helping me get my key. She was very kind, patient, and accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. Both Dave and Lynn provided excellent customer service, but I especially wanted to recognize Dave for going above and beyond and for all the extra time and help he gave me. He truly made a difference in my experience, and I hope his outstanding service is recognized. Thank you again to Dave and Lynn!
