Wow, what a great experience setting my unit up. I was unsure as to what size I needed so I took a trip to visit the facility. Very clean and Theresa, the “human” at the office, took me around and showed me the two sizes I was considering. That was very helpful in making my decision in which unit I wanted but also to go with this company. I am happy with Extra Space but more happy there is someone who can handle any billing questions I might have in the future. No waiting on the phone for a bot!
