This facility is not great at communication and the unit I had was not in great condition the hook for the locks were bent and rusty. The wals of the unit also had huge holes in it. Also, most importantly I have called their emergency line on several occasions never did I receive a call back or never did they pick up. YET, they had a strict policy of trespassing after 10pm and before 6 am they were quick to respond too tells me that they choose what they want to respond too. My rent wasn't due until the 12th and I pulled up today the 6th and there's a lock on my unit. To my surprise I checked to see if there was a pending payment yet, nothing. I got no call or any messages stating the reason to this decision. Therefore, I am writing this review in hopes they will correct their wrongs and be better.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had with us, and we truly regret hearing about the condition of your unit, the unanswered emergency calls, and the unexpected lock placed on your unit without any prior notice or explanation, Christine. We understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must have been, especially when your rent was not even due at the time. Your concerns are valid, and this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We want to make this right and ensure that each of your issues is properly addressed and resolved.
