This is the best storage facility I've ever used! It's impeccably clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the user-friendly app, which provides multiple ways to access the facility—perfect for moving bulky items. Additionally, this facility is the only one I've found that offers moving carts to all customers, making it easier to transport items without damage or injury. The facility also features commercial-size elevators, adding to its convenience. Lastly, Assistant Store Manager Becki is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I have to say I've been with this company for over 2 years and I have never felt that somebody cared so much about other people and their belongings in storage! I run to unit on Cortez boulevard in Brooksville the lady that I deal with all the time is over the top amazing very caring about other people and what they're going through. I am so blessed that I know that my stuff is safe and they actually care about people they are the best and I recommend them to anyone!

I want to acknowledge an employee who is exceptional at her job. Jessica (Brooksville FL) made the difference between whether I continued with the rental I started online or canceled the whole thing to go to a competitor. Long story…. But based almost solely on her delightful personality and attitude (and a little on the inconvenience of finding another place) I decided to stay with ExtraSpace. She is a credit to the company!
