I don't know about any other location but the Pine Island Road location, in Cape Coral, I would never get a unit there or refer anyone there! My friend paid for 2 big units with AC, we moved in last month and sweated our butts off with no AC, decided today to ask if there was a switch or something to turn it on, they said that it broke and someone will be there tomorrow or Monday! They tried saying that it broke recently when is been broken for over a month, it's crazy paying for an AC unit and not have any AC, not too mention they won't allow you to use their bathroom, if you have to use the bathroom, you'll need to close everything up and go somewhere else to use it and then come all the way back! Horrible way to do business, and they just brush you off without a care in the world!
