The woman who helped us open an account was not customer-service oriented, and the overall experience was poor. When we asked about the elevators—specifically whether they were service elevators large enough to carry bulky items to the second floor—she became visibly upset. In a snotty tone she told us the elevators were “regular elevators just like anyplace else.” That response made no sense. Elevators come in different sizes, and a straightforward answer about capacity or dimensions would have been useful. After her rude reaction, we felt we had to walk on eggshells for the rest of the account-opening process. I find it hard to believe that she wouldn't get that question on a daily basis while actively trying to sell people second and third level units!
