We came by the offixe on a Saturday to see if we could switch unit sizes. Joey accommodated us quickly, efficiently and made the change easy for us. He answered all of our questions and showed us the new unit right away. We're really happy with the space and continue to be happy with choosing ESS. The building is always clean, well lit, easy to access and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

John in the office was great!! We are moving quickly and stopped by prior to be sure we had enough room, easily accessible to store a garage full of just about everything. Turns out two days later we just needed a 10x10.. he was efficient, polite and quick to make all possible for us! The facility is phenomenal and things get a little crazy here in Cape during hurricane season, but John addressed all concerns with such ease! This facility and STAFF is a 10 out of 10 in my book! You won’t regret it! ??
