Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. These good reviews are all about the facility itself and the manager. What they do not memtion are the constant price increases as well as them stealing your money if you move out in the middle of a paid month. We had this unit for around 2.5 years. The rates randomly increase every 6-8 months. If you call and beg, the manager will lower it but it is short lived. It just goes back up again. We finally had enough after the last increase so we decided just to store our belongings in our office to save money. Our last payment was auto drafted on April 29th for rent on the unit through May 28th. We moved out May 15th and called the manager to ask for a pro rated return. He advised that it is not policy to pro rate a return. So to be clear, my unit is paid through May 28th and now they will go ahead and rent my unit to someone else and get a full month as well as the initial admin fee they charge when you sign the lease. Great for them, terrible customer experience. I would also like to add that when we moved out I asked if we can have the dumpster opened so that we may throw unwanted items away. The manager said as long as it is during business hours I could come get him and he would evaluate my trash to see if we can throw it away there. There is no shortage of storage facilities in Cape Coral as you know....do your research but I would stay away from this one.
