Good facility but the price is BS. moved in, paid OK price for area then I receive a 95% increase after 4 months.. 95% !!.. there is nothing in the contract stating that my rate expire after a certain point, (I had it legally checked. So the almost doubling of the rate is really just what they define as a rate increase, which they reserve the right to do at any time with 30 days notice... insane.. If you rent here you need to assume that your rate will double... I am out..
