BEWARE OF FREQUENT RENT INCREASES! Before renting at this location, be aware that rent can increase 2–3 times a year, with increases ranging from 35–45%! In my experience, this is also one of the most expensive Extra Space Storage locations in the area. Compare their prices with Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte locations—simply changing the ZIP code reveals a significant difference in pricing. What starts as an affordable rental can quickly become extremely expensive. I strongly recommend comparing locations before signing up. Good luck to anyone renting at this location—you’ll need it!

?? WARNING! THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE! ?? Expect rent increases 2–3 times a year, as high as 35–45%! This location is also far more expensive than Extra Space Storage facilities in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Just compare ZIP codes and see for yourself! Don’t be fooled by the low introductory prices! Once your belongings are inside, the constant price hikes make it expensive and inconvenient to leave. I strongly recommend avoiding this location!
