We rented the storage space a couple of months ago on a promotion offer. Amber the manager was super nice and helpful. Absolute joy to work with. We are very happy with the storage area. Great airconditioned space. We had a problem a couple of days ago, but Amber was great and took care of it. Good customer service.

I gave 5 stars three months ago when we rented our storage unit. Amber the manager was super nice and helpful. We didn’t think there could be an issue. We rented the unit for $35 a month. Nothing made us think this would change. We read the contract carefully. However after only months, the price was doubled to $ 70. After asking how that could be we got the answer: as month to month provider the rates can be adjusted depending on current market conditions. Well I would say as soon as the snowbirds leave the Cape Coral area, the prices double because they know that we can’t just come back and rent storage somewhere else. Very, very unhappy. Almost seems like a very big scam
