I have a large first floor interior-opening unit. The place is clean, well lit inside,and there are heavy duty carts to move things in and out. Access is easy (key code to get in the front gate). Management has been friendly and responsive. Thanks!

Very happy with extra space storage. This location is literally across the street from where I live. Big clean unit, easily accessible. Only issues I'm having is the rear entrance keypad is so close to the pole and gate that I have to back up my truck after entering the code. Also with the Bluetooth access it's kinda finicky at times

Everything excellent from the first call! Friendly, professional service from Susan when I called to reserve the unit. This was promptly followed up by a call by the on-site manager, Tom, to confirm my move-in the following day. When I arrived, Tom was very friendly and helped me check into my unit. The office, facility and my unit were clean and well maintained. Tom was a pleasure to work with and explained everything clearly. I would absolutely recommend this Extra Space Storage location!

So far the experience has been great! Was relatively easy to sign up for a storage unit on line. Went to check it out today and it was clean and perfect for what I will need. Thomas was very helpful when I arrived and showed me to the unit, showed me the locks, etc. Very happy with the company.

I would not recommend this Extra Space Storage brand for storage needs. I don't think I've ever had a positive customer service experience, any time I interacted with the front office. They also have some of the worst inflation, and it happens very subtly. Buyer beware!
