I moved from another ExtraSpace location to this one in 62nd since it's closer to my new house, plus I wanted a covered one to minimize sun damage to my teardrop trailer and kayaks. Brandi is wonderful! She took time to show me different payment options and allowed me to find one that fits my budget. I came in as their office opened and by 12:30 I've moved my two trailers from the other site safely! I'm happy!

I moved from one extra space to another because of issues I had at the previous location. I found this location kinda by mistake. However, I'm so happy I did. My experience with the new manager has been phenomenal. She has worked diligently to make sure everything runs smoothly and answers any of my questions. The prior person who was working the counter had gotten my account mixed up somehow, but this new manager took her only 5 minutes to figure out what went wrong, and boom, I was back on a roll. I love the fact that I have 24-hour access, probably my favorite part, because my hours at work are always off the charts, and I never know when I can get to my storage. I hope the new manager stays with the company and continues to work at this facility, she's a great asset. I hope this helps others who are looking for storage.

I want to say that at first I was lost, but thank God for Brandi because she not only had the patience to deal with someone like me, who had a million issues , from bank card issues, to not knowing anything about storage units, but she is in love with her job and it is admirable to watch.
